THE JESUIT VISION OF EDUCATION: Jesuit Education is inspired by the vision received from the life and teaching of Jesus Christ who has always been respected and admired by the people of India. It is also based on the principles and character formation elaborated by Ignatius of Loyola. This vision and these principles give the Jesuit education a specific character and set before their staff and students high ideals of humanism and service.

Hence Jesuit Vision of Education goes far beyond the achievement of academic excellence. It includes a radical change of heart in the person of the educated and the educator, turning them from selfish concerns to unreserved generosity to God and their fellow human beings.
